Resume Sample: Political Science

Format

An effective resume for PSC majors should be a simple one-column format with no graphic elements (no textboxes, photos, icons, etc.). The page is full, but not crowded, and sections are labeled clearly and organized logically (from most important to least important OR in reverse chronological order).

How to Use This Template: Click on the resume example, which will bring you to an external Google Doc. From there, click on File > Make a Copy > and now you have a completely editable version of this template in your own Google Drive!

Remember that this document is only one example of how to organize your resume! You may use different section headers, add additional information, and/or omit some information entirely if it is not relevant to your experience.
